Large Works
All large jobs are priced according to various factors such as sub contract labour costs, duration, materials, equipment hire if required and so on. We always provide a transparent comprehensive no obligation quotation for any works.

Payment Terms
Card, BACS or Cash - payment is required on completion of the job. If you are a commercial client and require payment terms please mention this to the office at the time of booking - we carry a mobile card reader to facilitate onsite payment.
* Minimum charge of one hour.
A £25 ladder premium will apply to work undertaken above first floor/roof height.
Any materials used that are supplied by Handy Dave are charged in addition to labour.
All prices are VAT inclusive where applicable.
If no access is available to the handyman for a booked and confirmed job within the arrival window, a nominal "Missed Appointment" fee may be applied to cover fuel costs and time.
We carry some standard consumable items with them such as screws, rawlplugs, sandpaper, mastic etc. If there are specific materials that need to be purchased for a job, the preference is for the customer to supply them. If Handy Dave supplies them, they will be charged at cost price plus 25% and will cover the normal guarantees of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
